Parish Council Meeting:
The next parish council meeting is at 8pm on Thursday 28th November 2019 at Pateshall Village Hall (note this has been rescheduled from 21st November). See agenda. The draft minutes of the meeting held on 19th September 2019 are available here.

Neighbourhood Development Plan

The NDP has now been submitted to Herefordshire Council for the final consultation which runs from 7th October until 18th November 2019. The document and all supporting material may all be found on Herefordshire Council's website here. This is a major milestone after which there will be an external examination and after any required changes have been made there will then be a referendum for the residents to indicate their support or otherwise. If successful it will then be adopted by Herefordshire Council. Hopefully this should all be complete early in the new year.
The steering group meetings have been suspended whilst Herefordshire Council perform the necessary consultations and tasks for the Regulation 16 stage. If you wish to contact the steering group please email or contact any member of the steering group. The draft minutes of the meeting on 19th August 2019 are available here.
Broadband situation - revised dates now published.
The Fastershire has now approved revised plans for this area with its contractor Gigaclear. For the properties in this area that have not already been covered by the previous stages (i.e. Church Road, Green farm Lane, A465 from Goosepool area towards Locks), the current plans are showing that network build will start in Q4 2019. Fastershire say that the service is typically available  some 6 - 12 months after network build has begun. Gigaclear say it will be complete in our area by Q1 2021. Sometime between the last quarter of 2020 and the first quarter of 2021, seems like the best guess.
