Coronation Celebrations

We are planning a weekend of events in Allensmore to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III on Saturday 6th May, Sunday 7th May and Monday 8th May 2023.

Saturday 6th May

Come and join us from about 10:00 at the church to watch the Coronation on a big screen

The Coronation will be shown live on a big screen in St Andrew’s Church and there will be plenty of drinks and nibbles together with a glass of bubbly stuff to raise. Everyone is invited! After the coronation, John Slough will be firing his vintage cannons in a Coronation Salute – people with pets and animals please note – and the bells of St Andrews will be ringing out.
